Komentář k finální verzi

We offered you triple rooms at the following properties:
* Sentrim 680 Hotel
* L´Oasis Lodge
* Tarangire Safari Lodge
* Tindiga Tented Camo
* Migunga Forest Camp

I also added one extra night in the Serengeti at the same Lodge.
The reason being, in my personal opinion this would offer them much more time for game viewing, because they will have 2 days where they have the whole day to drive in all different directions.
The other option would be to say the second night at Lobo Wildlife Lodge further on, but that would mean the next morning they have to get up early and are going to spend the whole day driving from point A - B (NGO Conservation Area)
There will be very little time to stop for some pictures because the drive is long.
We also find that the clients enjoy to spend at least somewhere on safari 2 nights at the same place, this was they can relax a little and enjoy what the Lodge have to offer.

Off course if they want the second night in another lodge we will be happy to offer that, you should just make them aware of the long drive back to the NGO Conservation area with not much game viewing.

Program - FINAL

Day 1 Arrival Nairobi 21 October

Upon arrival at Nairobi airport you will be greeted and transferred to the Sentrim 680 Hotel where you will spend the night in a triple room.

Day 3 Arusha - Tarangire National Park 23 October

In the morning we will collect you from your Hotel and drive you to Tarangire National Park. The park which is roughly the size of Luxemburg covers an area in the region of 2600 km². Bush savannah, seasonal marshes and formidable baobab trees make up the landscape of this nature reserve. The Tarangire Park is probably one of the best places in East Africa to watch and to get up close to elephants. This is not only because of an estimated 4000 animals but also the elephants are not bothered by the vehicles at a relatively near distance. As well as the elephants, the park is the habitat for Maasai giraffes, various gazelle, antilopes, buffalo, lions, leopards, baboons and more than a hundred different types of birds. There is definitely plenty of wildlife to watch, late in the afternoon you will arrive at Tarangire Safari Lodge for overnight in a triple room. Day 4 Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park 24 October

After breakfast the tour takes you to the lush crater uplands. Here the fertile soils allow crops such as wheat, corn and coffee to be grown. A short while later you will see the plains of the Serengeti. The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai word Siringitu and means “endless plains”. You can see why as the grassland savana in the south stretches to the horizon and is only interrupted by the so called Kopjes (inselbergs). These are bizarre rock formations formed by the weathering of granite outcrops. The plains are the perfect hunting grounds for leopards and other big cats. Here you will have a chance to view these magnificant creatures in their natural habitat. The open roofed vehicles allow uninterrupted views and as the day passes you will reach the goal for the day – the Seronera Valley in the central Serengeti area. Here you will enjoy an evening meal and stay overnight at Seronera Wildlife Lodge in a twin and a single room. For further information see:
Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner

Day 5 Serengeti National Park 25 October

The whole day is devoted to you to observe the wildlife in the Serengeti National Park. The areas that you will visit depend upon the location of the herds. Generally the herds of wildebeest and zebras during the short rain season of October to November tend to be found moving from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. They return slowly during the longer rain season in April, May and June. Fluctuations in precipitation can affect the animals location from year to year, however your guide will know the exact location of the animals and the best vantage spots.
A visit to the Visit Centre is also possible where you can learn about Serengeti’s history and current research of Frankfurter Zoologische Gesellschaft (Frankfurt zoological society). You will overnight again at Seronera Wildlife Lodge in a twin and a single room.
Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner

Day 6 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area 26 October

After breakfast you will start a new game drive in the Serengeti National Park. In the Seronera Valley you will find wildebeest and zebras and often lions and other big cats such as leopards and cheetahs. After lunch at a picnic site, you will drive in the direction of the Ngorongoro Crater. As soon as you have reached the edge of the crater the caldera opens up before you and is a sight to behold. Overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge on the craters edge from where you can enjoy this fantastic view as the sun goes down. You will spend the night in a twin and a single room. For further information see:
Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner

Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Eyasi 27 October

Breakfast is at day break before you drive into the crater. Inside the worlds biggest caldera you cannot fail to be captivated by the rich and diverse wildlife. In the grass stepps and Acacian forest you will find almost every type of animal from the East African Savana with the exception of topi, massai giraffe and impala. It is also possible in a few hours to see the big five – lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinoceros and leopards. After extensive wildlife watching and a picnic in the crater you will travel to Lake Eyasi, where you will spend the night at the Tindiga Tented Camp in a triple room. For further information see:
Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner

Day 8 Lake Eyasi – Mto wa Mbu 28 October

In the early morning you will accompany the Hadzabe people on their hunt. You can extend this walking safari to 2 – 4 hours. After lunch you will visit some blacksmith and watch them in producing their traditional craft. In the afternoon you will drive back to Mto wa Mbu. You will spend the night at Migunga Forest Camp in a triple room.
Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner

Day 9 Lake Manyara National Park 29 October

After breakfast we will take you to Lake Manyara National Park. Once you have reached the National Park Gate, your driver will open the roof of the vehicle allowing you to better observe the wonderful wildlife and scenery. Ernest Hemingway spoke of this area as the most beautiful that he had ever seen. It is easy to see why for to the west the Rift-Valley-Escarpment rises to almost 600m, and to the east the seemingly endless Maasai Steppe stretches to the horizon. In between lies the shallow and alkaline Lake Manyara where the flamingos seem to turn the shallow waters a pink hue. On the lake’s perimeter a diverse range of animals can be found such as elephants, giraffes, buffalo, antilope and gazelles. The Manyara National Park is also well known for it’s lions which like to climb the trees- something which is quite unusual for big cats. In the late afternoon you will leave Lake Manyara National Park and spend another night at Migunga Forest Camp in a triple room.
Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner
